This is a nighttime view of my patio that was completed July, 2003. It is 12' x 30'. The aluminum patio cover is the Sierra by Americana Building Products, distributed locally by Krempp Lumber Company, and installed by John Truesdale Speciality Services.

John Truesdale did the complete patio installation, including pouring the concrete slab, relocating the telephone and cable wires thru a new riser, assembling the patio cover, rerouting the downspouts, installing a new drain line for the old and new downspouts to connect into. John did a good job with this installation. It was on time and on budget.

I added the rope lighting to the underside of the patio cover. This lighting is very gentle with no "hot spots" that blind you (nor attract bugs) and provides a very even light to the entire area. It provides a nightclub atmosphere level of lighting; bright enough for food, drinks, and conversation, but not bright enough for reading or card playing.

With this new facility, I hope to catch up on my social obligations and do some occasional entertaining.
